I grew up with my father owning 5 businesses, my mother was a school teacher and owned a bridal registry and I thought that was "normal." I grew up in the real estate business helping my father with his publishing business, Catalog of Homes in 27 different cities.
After being told by my agent that I purchased my first house from to "never get my license," I proceeded to do just that. And went on to obtain my Broker's license and build my own firm in Malibu, CA.
I've never understood why the real estate transaction is isolated from everything else a client does with their life, especially when you're dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
After coaching over 4,000 agents and generating over $6 Billion in sales, I realized our clients deserved a full and complete Real Estate experience.
