Frequently Asked Questions
Firstly, this program is customized to you and your business. While my systems are proven, based on the information you provide on my intake questionnaire and as we move forward, I will create a strategy that fits your needs and business.
Secondly, this is One-on-One, not Self Guided. You'll choose your path of 12 or 6 private Zoom calls where you'll receive coaching and tools to grow your business.
Thirdly, this is Done-FOR-You. The marketing platform is via Kajabi and it will be set up based on your branding and marketing plan. Implemented for you throughout the program.
And as a Bonus, you will have access to videos in case you need additional help beyond this 3-Month program. And I'm always a phone call, text or email away for anything you need.
This is a 3-Month one-on-one/done-for-you program. You will choose between 4 30-minute weekly coaching session or 2 1-hour bi-monthly coaching sessions per month. So, depending on your time availability and preference, you'll either have 12 or 6 one-on-one Zoom coaching sessions. These sessions will be on the same day/time slot for each session.
If we both agree and feel it's best for you to continue beyond the 3-months, then we can create a custom plan for you OR you can elect to move into my ELEVATE program, which is a 6-month commitment.
I included this because I feel it's necessary, but in almost 10 years of doing this, I've never been asked for a refund. Not once.
What I do know is that if you're concerned about working with me and my team or if this product/program is a good fit for you, then let's get on another call. If that doesn't give you peace, then we're not a good fit.
Refunds are available if the program is never utilized. If you have an emergency in your life/business and we need to pause, that's not a problem. Extensions are always granted if you can't complete the program within 3 months. From the minute you send the funds, I'm providing you 80% of the deliverables up front. So, that's why it's hard to provide refunds. Again, if this is top-of-mind for you, feel free to reach out to the clients I've worked with consistently for years to assure you of me delivering on my products/programs.
