Once REAL has accepted your license, you'll receive several emails:  

1. A Welcome letter
2. A copy of your signed ICA
3. A join Skyslope email (which you need to do before moving on to Step 3)
4. A join Workplace email

Use the link provided in the email you received to add the REAL app to your phone and go through the steps answering all the questions. 

They will request a picture and a bio but you can go back later and add that if you'd like. 

Then you'll be asked if you'd like to use Chime CRM.  Here's a link for information about it and it's $25 per month.  If you decide not to, you can always go back and add it. 

Once you hit SUBMIT, then it will direct you Tipalti, which is how you'll get paid. ($$$) You'll complete all the information they request depending on whether you're an individual or an entity. 

Once that's completed, it will take you to Skyslope sign in (which is best if you've already set it up because then it will just connect and be on the REAL app).

Then they'll ask you for your social security number, and if you're an entity, they'll then ask for your EIN info and then it takes you to a screen that says REAL can host your website (I already have one, so I just pushed on through - it will create one whether you want it to or not.)

Once that's completed, then you'll be at the home page of the REAL app.
